Space Usage - No smoking - No open flames, smoke or haze of any kind without prior written consent - No hazardous materials of any kind - No high V.O. paints - No flammable gasses of any kind - No amplified sound to exceed NYC Noise Code - No roof access - Schedule - If your production schedule changes from the originally submitted version you must update your WS representative immediately with your new schedule - One in-person walk-through with a WS representative is required prior to the possession date - Conduct - No alcohol outside the venue - No loitering of large groups outside the venue - No blocking the sidewalk - Respect NYC traffic codes and regulations at all times in front of the building - Follow legal capacity limits for the venue at all times - Space Access - You will be given a key to access the space at the start of your possession date - Lost Key Fee of $100 - Use of Name & Likeness - To be agreed upon signing of contract
