This unique bohemian loft in the heart of Williamsburg offers a 1920s' chic decor, exposed brick and soaring 13' ceilings. 1,800 sq ft of hand-built interior, custom chandeliers, art, vintage furniture + props, and plenty of character. There is a beautiful 600 sq ft wooden roof deck, and a private bathroom with clawfoot tub, a public bathroom with3 Stalls + 2 urinals.
The loft visually immerses you in nostalgia with vintage furniture and a classic speakeasy vibe. The lovingly renovated interior of original wood and reclaimed metal, with custom art pieces make a stunning, camera-ready setting for film, photoshoots, or special events. A 24-person capacity private roof deck provides day and nighttime options for outside activities. This quintessentially Brooklyn space can host your conference, launch party, film or photo shoot, wedding or reception.
Due to constant wear and tear, some of the furniture on the listing photos might be in repair or replaced. If there is a particular furniture that’s crucial for your event, please inquire or schedule a virtual or site visit.
This space can be rented with White Brick Gallery Space.

General Rules
12AM end time for amplified music.
Rental time starts when you or any member of your crew enters the building and ends when completely vacated. Just a reminder, we’re only open by appointment. If you have any vendors involved make sure to schedule all deliveries, setups or pickup only during your rental window.
We require insurance for all rentals

Roof Access for Production
Under no circumstances are guests, equipment, or staff allowed anywhere off the wooden roof deck. Productions may shoot beyond decked roof area by submitting a protection plan to protect surface and ensures crew safety. Plan must be submitted and approved with management one (1) week before the rental. Renters will be responsible for any damage to the roof outside of the deck.
Lost Items
We will make our best attempt to return any lost items. However, we are not responsible for any property left behind after your rental. Ensure you and your guests remove everything before leaving the building, we have cleaners who will remove unidentified items from the building without consultation. We suggest retrieving left items within 24 hours of event.
We require insurance for all events.
Standard 30 Days
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable.
