Add $5/pp to include Sanpellegrino flavored sodas and bottled water to any package. All packages can be customized and include two bartenders, mixers, garnishes, ice, all glassware, bar supplies and vintage tub filled with ice.

Venue Policy
Age 21+ for events where liquor will be served. Under 21 with parental supervision
Events are not allowed to go past 2am.
Event rental time frame must include time needed for set up and clean up.
All alcohol service must be stopped a minimum of 45 minutes prior to end of event.
Items left in the venue that are not claimed after 24 hours of an event will be discarded or may result in $300 overnight storage fee to be retrieved.
Venue must be cleared of all persons at the end time specified on the agreement or a $500 charge will be applied to the total rental.
BYOB is not to be promoted for any event. Entry will not be allowed to guests that bring in their ownbottles. Outside beverages of any kind are not allowed in the venue.
Alcohol may be served but not sold. Shots are limited to one celebratory round per event. Only two drinks are allowed to be served per guest at a time during events.
Furniture can be rearranged but must be moved back to its original location before leaving the venue.
No standing allowed inside vintage bathtub or on furniture.
Please do not bring more people than stated in the agreement – if so, reservation is subject to cancellation with no refund. Additional guests will not be allowed inside the venue for any reason.
No more than 100 guests are allowed per event unless stated otherwise in the rental agreement. Once the guest count reaches 100 no more guests will be allowed entry regardless if other guests have left.
Do not touch any A/V equipment as it may make it unusable for your event.
Do not open or enter any locations inside the venue labeled “staff only” including venue kitchen. Venue staff, catering staff and pre-approved guests (up to 1 guest) are allowed access to the kitchen.
You can request an early items delivery window or overnight storage at least 48 hours prior to booking time for an additional fee of $300 per night.
No smoking is allowed in the venue.
No glitter, sparklers, lit candles or confetti are allowed to be used for decorations.
Nothing is allowed to be taped, pasted or nailed onto any wallpapered or painted walls.
Decorations are not allowed to be hung or taped onto any light fixtures, mirrors or TV
Pets are not allowed in the venue.
DJs are not allowed to connect to our venue speaker system.
