The loft is a 1200 sq. foot customizable space just off Union Square, elegantly furnished with two coat closets, on-premise bathroom and prep area. Whether to work, display, dine or meet, bring your guests for a warm and intimate experience.

Can be combined with Exposed Brick Loft for a total capacity of 300 people.

What is your minimum rental?

We require 4 hours minimum per rental and the time of the booking needs to include set up and break down of the event.

Are we allowed to bring our own catering/liquor?

  • You can self - cater for up to 50 people and have a COI with beverage coverage issued. A caterer with a license is mandatory for parties over 50 ppl.
  • If you are using a caterer, they must provide a liquor license and COI
  • We can also recommend caterers that we particularly like.

How late is the venue available?

12am with an extra hour until 1am for clean up.
