The fully furnished terrace features comfortable lounge seating - an outdoor couch that seats 4 people, a big dining/meeting table, two folding tables, 40 folding chairs, and a built-in bar that are included in the rental fee. Additionally, we have a BOSE Keynote sound system, a microphone, and WIFI available for your use.
The Rooftop is perfect for intimate social gatherings, birthday parties, bridal showers, baby showers, intimate weddings, PR events, cocktail parties, corporate networking parties, photo/film shoots, and yoga fitness classes. Ideal for events with an outdoor and rooftop feel!
$495/hr (2 hours minimum)
Cleaning Fee - $200.00 (applies to all bookings)
Security guard fee - $45.00 per hour (Depending on the guest count, a security guard will be required)
Bartender Fee - $45.00 per hour (may apply to some bookings)

Is alcohol allowed? If yes, do you require it to be provided exclusively by a licensed caterer?
All events consuming liquor are required to have an approved licensed caterer pull a liquor permit for the event.
Do you require insurance?
Insurance is mandatory for all events. Guests must provide us with a copy at least a few days prior to the event. They can obtain a policy through Event Helper or from their insurance broker.
