Located in the heart of Little Italy, this charming 1800 sq ft. loft has exposed brick walls, a well-equipped open chef’s kitchen, rustic wood tables, two bathrooms, and a landscaped outdoor terrace. There is a freight elevator that opens directly onto the sidewalk for easy access.
We can accommodate events with up to 30 people seated, and the rental includes plates, cutlery, serving platters, and glassware.
The space is ideal for catered events, film and photography shoots, pop-up events, product launches, and food tastings. Rentals start at $300 per hour with a minimum of 4 hours, cleaning staff is additional. Please email us with details of your event or call for a quote.

if the group is from 1 to 12 people (1 cleaner @ $100)
13 – 24 people (2 cleaners @ $200)
25 – 30 people (3 cleaners @ $300)
