Flooded with natural lighting and a modern kitchen, this private NoHo loft and rooftop terrace can accommodate up to 150 guests.
The space includes a full working chef's kitchen, dining table & chairs for 20, a lounge with furniture, and AV set-up including sonos system, projector, wireless microphones, and portable speaker. With the space rental comes a team member who is able to help you seamlessly produce your event from start to finish. Additional creative & production teams are available for bringing all BIG ideas to life. We love making the magic happen!
To offer beer and wine at your function, please book 3 weeks in advance to apply for a temporary permit. The venue will assist.
$3,000 (6 hour rental including set up/breakdown / +$400 per additional hour)
Security: $50/hour *required after hours for any events over 40 guests
Staffing: $35/hour
Coordination: $250 flat fee (assistance with floorplans, vendor coordination drop off/pick up times, all venue related support leading up to your event)
Event Planning: (optional): Starts at $3000 - full service event planning (decor, conceptualization, vendor negotiations, logistics, etc)

Do the windows in the loft open?
Yes, they can all be cracked opened 4-5 inches.Is the rooftop adjacent to the space?
Yes!Will you have furniture/chairs available in the rooftop space?
We have outdoor beanbag seating available and can move our tables/chairs out upon request.Are we allowed to tent the outdoor area and have heat lamps?
Yes, the tenting and heaters would simply need to come through one of our preferred caterers or rental companies!- Amplified sound is not permitted on the rooftop terrace without prior written approval
- 9:00pm rooftop curfew / 12:00am indoor loft curfew
- No open flames allowed
- We have preferred caterers that we are happy to introduce you to! Or, you are more than welcome to bring in your own caterer for a 10% fee.
- Any event over 40 guests is required to obtain an event liquor permit and bar staff through a pre-approved catering service
