For Production Bookings
NO SMOKING IN THE STUDIO (smoking fee $250)
DO NOT GO ON THE ROOF OR THROUGH THE STUDIO WINDOW
Building Surveillance will call the police and you will be fined $200 and your booking will be immediately canceled.
NO EATING ON THE COUCH OR NEAR THE RUG
LEAVE ALL STUDIO EQUIPMENT AND FURNITURE IN THEIR ORIGINAL PLACE
Any Damages to the studio or equipment will be charged, including backdrops.
NO LINGERING IN THE HALLWAYS, WE HAVE NEIGHBORS!
DAMAGE TO THE SEAMLESS BACKDROP WILL BE CHARGED AT THE END OF THE BOOKING
Meaning $25 for a Full Sweep ( if you pull out to step on it)
Remember to wipe your feet and not step on with sneakers.
PLEASE KEEP VOLUME TO A REASONABLE LEVEL
PLEASE GIVE NOTICE IF BRINGING IN HEAVY PROPS OR ANYTHING THAT CAN DAMAGE THE STUDIO IN ANYWAY
Certain props are prohibited, bringing them will result in cancellation with no refund.
To be safe, please communicate ahead of time.
YOU MUST LEAVE THE STUDIO ON TIME!
Your booking time ends exactly at the time you booked meaning you must be packed up and studio cleaned up and out the door. An additional $45 will be charged for late checkouts.
