Located blocks from Union Square Park, this elegant 2,500 sq. ft. daylight studio boasts maple floors and 13-foot ceilings, 6 east-facing windows (2 floor to ceiling) and rolling barn doors opening into a beautiful kitchen.
The space is perfect for film and photo shoots, corporate and culinary events, private parties and elegant weddings, fashion shows, product launches and celebrity chef demonstrations.
We are a live-work building so we can’t allow loud or live music events.

Stills Shoots - $3,000 per 10 hours

General Rules
We do not allow alcohol sales or smoking (e-cigarettes are allowed) in our studios. As a respect to our neighbors, events cannot go past midnight. Lastly, we do have a minimum time block of 8 hours on weekdays and 6 hours on weekends in order to rent our spaces.
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable.
