Located on the top floor, the loft offers exposed wood beams, white brick walls, floor to ceiling fully functional windows and a beautiful open floor plan. A corner suite greenroom sits off adjacent to our four fully tiled cobalt blue restrooms. A full commercial kitchen, perfect for Michelin and amateur chefs alike, is available for hire, but outside catering is also permitted. Our bars are stocked with local beers, wines & spirits and pricing is derived by your needs. Can be rented together with Launch Party Venue.
$490+ per hour (3 hours minimum)
Cleaning fee: $250

Late night and early morning possible.
Sunday - Thursday events must turn music off by 11:00 PM.
Friday - Saturday events must turn music off by 12:00 AM.

General Rules
Your requested date is on hold for 14 days until a deposit is received.
A 50% deposit, applicable to your final event total, and $1,500 security deposit is due upon signing the contract. The remaining balance is due 10 business days prior to the event date. A credit card is required on file as security deposit unless the security deposit is paid via wire or bank check.
All events on the South end must end by 12am. All events on the North end must end by 11pm.
We will work with you to determine both load-in and load-out times depending on the needs of your event.
Nothing may be attached to the walls with glue, tape, or nails without advance written approval from the host.
Furniture and decorations may be moved. Depending on the furniture required to be moved, there may be an additional fee.
Smoke machines are allowed.
Nudity is allowed.
Space is not soundproof. Located on the 5th floor ambient noise is very minimal

How do I confirm a date?
Your requested date is on hold for 10 business days until a signed agreement and deposit is received.
How does payment work?
A non-refundable 50% deposit is due upon signing of the contract. A refundable security deposit of 20% of the event venue rental is required and is due along with the remaining balance 10 business days prior to the event date.
Is there a noise curfew?
Yes. Events held Sunday-Thursday must turn music off by 11pm. Events held Friday-Saturday must turn music off by 12am.
Do I have time to set up and break down my event?
Yes, we will work with you to determine both load-in and load-out times depending on the needs of your event.
Do I have to use your recommended vendors?
They are not required, though we do have a trusted list of recommended vendors that we will provide you.
Can we hang decorations?
Yes, but we need to review how they are hug along with the weight of the items. Nothing may be attached to the walls with glue, tape, or nails without advance written approval from us.
What’s the latest we could have music?
The bass on the music must be off by midnight.
Can I bring my own food? Drinks?
The alcohol must be provided in-house. You can provide the food or you can use our in-house chef.
Do I have to use your recommended vendors?
Guests are also welcome to bring in their caterer of choice, private chef or use our in house team of culinary experts.
