An elegant 4,000 sq. ft. Daylight Studio with 14-foot ceilings, 16 east and south facing windows, and 2 working kitchens.
The space is perfect for film and photo shoots, corporate and culinary events, private parties and elegant weddings, fashion shows, product launches and celebrity chef demonstrations.
We are a live-work building so we can’t allow loud or live music events.
A rooftop is available at $1,500 per hour.

Stills Shoots - $3,500 per 10 hours
Video Shoots - $4,000 - $5,000 per 10 hours

General Rules
We do not allow alcohol sales or smoking (e-cigarettes are allowed) in our studios. As a respect to our neighbors, events cannot go past midnight. Lastly, we do have a minimum time block of 8 hours on weekdays and 6 hours on weekends in order to rent our spaces.
All sound must go through our in house system (no out side speakers or amplification).
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable.
