About the Space

Bright & Airy Loft is a full-service rental photography and video studio, meeting and event space. Measuring 3000 square feet with 12 foot ceilings, it offers an open floor plan flooded with natural light in both of our south and north-facing space, along with fabulous views of the Empire State building right in the center of the beautiful NOMAD neighborhood of Manhattan. The open area with white walls and wood floors make for a memorable space to host an event.

Equipped with a chef's kitchen, designer furniture, 2 bathrooms, freight elevator, and WiFi connectivity, the loft offers all the amenities and services needed for a wide variety of photo/video shoots and events.

Until COVID situation resolves the venue is rented for photo and film only.

Is the cost all-inclusive of taxes, fees, etc.?

Yes, our fees are inclusive of taxes and fees.

Do you offer full event planning?

We do not offer full event planning, but would recommend a vendor we have worked with in the past.

Does the cost of the space include all furniture/set-up?

Our cost includes furniture and we can assist in set-up, but we are not the point people to facilitate an event set-up.

What are the rules/restrictions on bringing in outside vendors?

All outside vendors are welcome.

Do you have storage space at the venue and are you able to hold products in advance or after the event?

We allow deliveries the weekday afternoon before an event, and pick-ups can happen the weekday morning after the event.

Any restrictions on alcohol, music, moving in/out products that you can think of?

A certificate of insurance is required by all bookings. Alcohol is allowed to be served but not sold and we require a certificate of insurance for general liability with the alcohol clause included.

Loud music must finish by 10pm.

How is the kitchen separated from the living space physically? Is it well noise isolated?

There is an acoustic wall, but some muffled noise may come through.

How much is the fee for over time?

Overtime is $300 per hour after 8 hours.

Do you have in-house catering service?

We don’t have in house catering, but you are welcome to bring in any catering.

Is there a projector that can be used for presentations?

We have a projector linked to a sonos system. Just bring a laptop with an HDMI port.
